First of the hay and haylage have been made.

All from meadow grass pastures made last week and today and one field with a little bit of rye grass in it.

Made in smaller big bales at the moment but when the season progresses will make 3 sizes of big square bales.

Have gone back to white wrap which will reflect the heat and the fodder will last much longer.

If the bales don't get damaged the fodder would last for 2 years plus if not used.

Just used the last of the green wrap we had in stock.

Also 25 % extra wrap has gone on each bale to produce bales with 8 ply thickness.

This will eliminate any mould, help in the reduction of any puncture holes to the bale and less wastage.

All bales are guaranteed anyway.
